Can you remove pet smells from artificial grass?
In most cases, yes.
Pet smells usually come from urine and bacteria sitting in the pile and infill. A proper clean focuses on removing built-up waste, then using an antibacterial treatment to help neutralise odours and improve hygiene.
Results depend on how long the problem has been there and how heavy the build-up is.

Do you remove weeds and moss (and is there an extra charge)?
Yes — we can remove weeds and moss as part of the cleaning process.
If the lawn has heavy moss/weed growth (the kind that needs more scraping, lifting and repeated passes), it takes longer and may be treated as a deeper restoration-style job rather than a standard clean.
That can affect the price, but we will let you know in advance if there will be an extra charge.
Will the cleaning process damage my artificial grass?
When it’s done properly, no.
A common worry is that pressure washing will harm the backing, seams, or fibres. The key is using the right equipment and settings, plus a careful method, to clean without being aggressive on the grass.
If your lawn has any loose edges or existing damage, it’s best to flag it upfront so it can be handled carefully.
Is the antibacterial cleaner you use child and pet friendly?
Yes, the antibacterial cleaner used is safe for children and pets.
As a simple precaution, keep kids and pets off the lawn until it’s dry. In most cases, allowing around 1–2 hours for drying is enough, depending on weather and airflow.
How soon can you come out to clean my lawn?
It depends on availability, but it’s typically possible to book in within 2–5 days.
If you’ve got a specific deadline (guests coming, pet odours getting worse, or the lawn looking slippery), say so when you enquire and we’ll aim to fit you in.
